I'm Malaysian, born in London.

I spent my career in the UK solving talent bottlenecks at scale ~ across nuclear sites, engineering, and education ~ building software to source talent faster and designing training pipelines to fix supply gaps before they became crises.

In 2025 I came home to Kuala Lumpur, convinced the bigger opportunity was waiting here.

The cost of software is going to zero. For Malaysia, this is a once-in-a-generation chance to stop being a consumer of foreign-built software and start being a producer.

• Jelajah AI MyMahir — Delivered practical AI training with TalentCorp / MyMahir, alongside EY, in Sekijang, Johor; Paya Besar, Pahang; Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur; and Damansara.

• AI Malaysia Takeover 2026 Learn-a-thon — Served as Ecosystem & Technology Partner, building and operating the AI platform and providing learning modules, mentors and project guidance.

• Build with AI · PDX 2026 — Delivered a hands-on masterclass at the Penang Digitalisation–AI Conference & Exhibition with MyDIGITAL, for government, academic and public participants.
• Pesta Kopi · event technology — Deployed JomQR for ticketing and discovery, alongside AI-assisted crowd and occupancy monitoring to support event operations.
  Deployed at an event with 60,000+ participants
• An AI product portfolio — Developed SUARA and Rotican.ai for voice AI and managed agents, Kuntum & Embun for talent and recruitment, and platforms for digital identity and venue intelligence.
• Malaysia Digital Status — RapidScreen (M) Sdn. Bhd. obtained Malaysia Digital Status in Artificial Intelligence.
